With a wealth of 23 years in the corporate arena, I've navigated through a vast and intricate landscape. Having been part of a colossal organization with over 500,000 employees spanning across 170 markets, my journey has been both diverse and enriching.
My professional journey began as a Local Account Manager, where I cultivated foundational skills and developed an innate understanding of local market intricacies. Progressing to the role of a Strategic Account Manager at a regional level, I delved deeper into strategic planning and honed my ability to align business objectives with client needs.
Taking a leap to the European stage, I assumed the responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager. In this capacity, I played a pivotal role in deploying customer services of our client and spearheading internal projects. Notable projects included the deployment of a payroll software including change management / coordination of financial reporting departments, payrol and HR department, workers council, GDPR and data security, further the implementation of social awareness certification (Verego), and the formulation and execution of country improvement plans on c-level management.
Two significant tasks underscored my role in Europe – location scouting in the UK, leading to the establishment of an office in Newcastle that remains operational to this day, location scouting in Germany including local government fundraising.
In the last 4-5 years I assumed the role as Director PMO EMEA and one of my crowning achievements has been the conception and global deployment of a Project Management framework. This framework, coupled with the implementation of deployment quality reporting on PowerBI, has played a crucial role in standardizing practices and enhancing the qualitative approach of new client deployments across the organization globally.
Part of the framework support was to create all selling and marketing material globally on PMO and participate with Business Development in client presentation to present the uniqueness of project mangement.
My commitment to a sustainable PMO framework to allow committed growth without a flattering quality approach remains unwavering – to leverage my extensive experience and skills in contributing to organizational success and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
